For hygiene reasons, wigs must meet our return eligibility conditions to qualify for a return. Items that have been worn, washed, styled, altered, damaged or had the lace cut may not be eligible for return.

Human hair wigs require proper care to maintain softness, movement and longevity.

Some shedding or tangling can occur with any human hair wig, especially with regular wear, heat styling or improper care. We recommend gentle brushing, light product use, proper storage and heat protection when styling.

Nevani Hair is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, cutting, colouring, bleaching, heat damage, over-styling, poor maintenance or failure to follow care instructions.
